        FALL 2012

                                    DROP / WITHDRAWAL DEADLINES

 

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "DROP" AND A "WITHDRAWAL"? 

 

A "DROP" is dropping one or more classes, but remaining enrolled in at
least one other class.  Drop deadlines 

are set much earlier than withdrawal deadlines, so please be sure and
review the drop deadlines. (see link below)

 

A "WITHDRAWAL" is when you are dropping ALL of your courses for the
semester and will no longer be enrolled. 

If the semester has already begun, students wishing to withdraw must
obtain a Withdrawal Form and fax (or deliver) to the Registrar's Office
for processing.   

A withdrawal means you are withdrawing from the term (not the
University).  The Withdrawal Form is

The Drop and Withdrawal deadlines are posted under the Academic Calendar

*Students are held responsible for knowing and adhering to these
deadlines.
