[Students] Shuttle Service for the Bois d'Arc Bash

The Bois d'Arc Bash will take place this weekend, September 23-25, in
downtown Commerce.  Live Bands will be performing on Friday evening from
5 p.m. until 11:30 p.m.  The festivities resume on Saturday morning with
the Bois d'Arc Bash Parade at 10:00 a.m., the Miss Bois d'Arc Pageant at
11:00 a.m., opening ceremonies at 11:15 a.m., and live bands performing
from 11:30 a.m. until 11:30 p.m.  This year's Bash will coincide with
the Blacklands Railroad Symposium taking place at Texas A&M
University-Commerce.  

 

A shuttle service will be available to individuals interested in
traveling to the Bash from the University and back.  Shuttle service
will begin on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. and end around 9:00 p.m.  The
shuttle will pick passengers up and drop them off at the Rayburn Student
Center (East Side) and the First Baptist Church on Washington St. 


We would like to thank the office of the Dean of Campus Life & Student
Development at Texas A&M University-Commerce for helping to make the
shuttle service possible.
