[Students] TIMESHEET REMINDER!!

REMINDER.  STUDENT TIMESHEETS WERE DUE YESTERDAY,  Wednesday, October
19th!!  If you are a regular campus student worker, work study student
worker or a GANT (non-teaching GA) you may have a timesheet that you
need to submit in order to get paid on the biweekly payroll on October
28, 2011.  THE SUBMISSION OF YOUR TIMESHEET IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT
YOUR SUPERVISORS.  There are still students that have not submitted
their timesheets today and are taking a risk of not being paid on time!
Your supervisors have been instructed not to submit your timesheet for
you (except in emergency cases such as illness or death in the family
etc).  Your supervisor will cancel your timesheet if no hours are
submitted which means you will not be paid on the pay date.

 

Teaching Assistants and Research Assistants are not required to complete
an online timesheet and are paid on the monthly payroll on the first
business day of each month. 

 

The website to submit your timesheet is: https://sso.tamus.edu 

 

If you need assistance with your timesheet please call Kathy Compton in
Payroll at ext. 903-886-5118, please verify with your department that
you fall under the biweekly category prior to calling payroll.
