[Students] Counseling Center's New Support Group

Students: 

 

1.       Are you a non-traditional female student who would like to
connect with other women in transition?

2.       Are you interested in devoting time to self-care?

 

 

IF SO, the Counseling Center warmly invites you to join our group:

 

Women in Transition

 

During our weekly meetings, we will help you explore:

 

*         How to say NO and feel OK

*         How to adjust to changes in your life

*         How to take time and care for yourself

*         How to have a calmer and more peaceful life

*         How to balance school, family, work, and other areas

 

Days:                     Every Monday in Fall semester, 2011 starting
October 17th 

Times:                   3:15pm - 4:30pm

Place:                    Counseling Center, Student Services Building,
Room 204

Group leaders:  Cyndi Matthews, Ph.D. Candidate and Tina Yang, Ph.D.

Services Building, Room 204) for more information and to schedule a
required meeting with Cyndi or Tina before joining the group.
