[Students] Attention English Majors!!

Attention English majors:

 

As you might know, budget cuts have affected many universities, and ours
is no different.  Those budget cuts sometimes result in the reduction of
courses

a department can offer, especially if a course has low enrollment.
Thus, if you plan to enroll in Spring 2012 for either English 442
(Survey of American Literature II,

MWF 11:00-11:50, Roggenkamp) or English 472 (Survey of British
Literature II, online course, Jacobs) we encourage you to register as
soon as possible, preferably

by November 18th. We need to assess enrollment for these two classes in
particular and need to feel confident that both courses will have
sufficient numbers of 

students for the spring semester.
