[Students] TIMESHEET REMINDER!!!

REMINDER.  STUDENT TIMESHEETS ARE DUE TODAY,  Wednesday, November 2nd.
If you are a regular campus student worker, work study student worker or
a GANT (non-teaching GA) you may have a timesheet that you need to
submit in order to get paid on the next biweekly payroll.  THE
SUBMISSION OF YOUR TIMESHEET IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT YOUR
SUPERVISORS.  Your supervisors have been instructed not to submit your
timesheet for you (except in emergency cases such as illness or death in
the family etc).  Your supervisor will cancel your timesheet if no hours
are submitted which means you will not be paid on the pay date.

 

If you are enrolled in classes and have a student email account you will
receive these notices.  Please disregard if you are not a student worker
or if you are a Teaching Assistants or Research Assistants as these
positions are not required to complete an online timesheet and are paid
on the monthly payroll on the first business day of each month.

If you need assistance with your timesheet please call Kathy Compton in
Payroll at ext. 903-886-5118, please verify with your department that
you fall under the biweekly category prior to calling payroll.
