Summer Boot Camp has arrived!

Summer I Session

June 6-July 7

 

Morning or evening meetings:

Choose one session to attend for the duration of the five-week session.

Mon/Wed   5:30pm-6:30pm

Tues/Thurs  6:30am-7:15am

 

Registration:

Register at MRC front desk by Friday June 3 at 6:00pm. Registration fee
includes 10 workout sessions, a pre- and post- fitness assessment, and a
T shirt upon completion of 8 or more sessions.

 

$35 | Students

$45 | Faculty, staff & community members

 

Orientations:

*New* Boot Camp Orientation session required for all participants.
Choose from either session; no registration necessary. You may attend
before or after completing registration. Orientations are held in MRC
Classroom and last approximately one hour. 

 

Thursday 6/2 at 6:30am

                or

Friday 6/3 at 5:00pm
