[Students] Understanding Self and Others Group (new meeting time)

Dear Students,

 

In order to serve more students and accommodate students' schedules, the
Understanding Self & Others group has a new starting date (March 9th)
and a new meeting time (12:30pm-1:50pm). If you are still interested in
this group, don't miss out this wonderful opportunity! Please call the
Counseling Center at 903-886-5145 and set up a required appointment with
any of the counselors. This group is open until filled.   

 

1.       Would you like to understand yourself and others better? 

2.       Are you willing to take appropriate risks to discover and
modify your way of interacting with others?

3.       Do you want to receive support and gain feedback in a safe and
confidential environment?

Understanding Self & Others 

 

During our weekly meetings, attention will be given to:

*         Understanding what may be getting in the way to achieving your
goals

*         Exploring and clarifying confusing feelings & interpersonal
patterns

*         Finding different ways to connect and communicate with others 

*         Providing and receiving support & feedback

*         Engaging in personal change & growth

 

Days:                             Every Wednesday in Spring semester,
2011 starting March 9th 

Times:                          12:30pm - 1:50pm

Building, Room 204
