[Students] student account system upgrade and temporary service outage next week

The University will be implementing an upgrade next week to our
cashiering and payment systems. Unfortunately, to facilitate this
process the LeoPay online student accounts system will be offline
beginning at 5PM on Monday, February 21. We anticipate that access to
LeoPay will be restored by 8AM on Thursday, February 24. During this
time period, students will not be able to access student account
information through LeoPay or make payments online.
Our cashier locations in the McDowell Administration Building and the
Student Access and Success Center (One Stop Shop) will remain open.
Students wishing to make payments or inquire about their student account
can do so in person at any of our cashier stations or by phone at
903-886-5050 or 903-886-5501.
We appreciate your patience with this process and apologize for any
inconvenience caused by the anticipated online service outage.
Additional email notifications will be provided if there is a change in
the system upgrade schedule.
