Students of A&M-Commerce are producing a new game show
called Tubeular, and you can be involved!

Produce a 'YouTube-like’ video of 2:45 to 3:15 in length
and submit it to us
this week. We’ll pick the best non-Radio/TV student
video(s) and include them in
the judging for the next episode to be produced next week,
that also
features videos created by RTV students. You must shoot and
edit your own
'YouTube’ video, upload it to YouTube, then send us the
URL by this Friday,
April 29th. What is a 'YouTube-like' video? Maybe a music
video, maybe a
'short film,’ maybe a comedy sketch...

The bottom line is, your YouTube video should: (a) have a
story line, with
a beginning, development of the story, and an end, (b) be
content that can
be shown to a general audience – G to PG-13 kind of
content, (c) be produced
by A&M-Commerce students only – it can be a solo or
partner project, and (d)
be produced this week specifically for this show. Good
lighting and audio
are important along with good shooting and editing. You are
granting
approval of the use of your production in our show and for
airing to our
audience by submitting the URL to us.

During the taping of the show next week, a panel of judges
will judge this
week’s entries, from RTV and non-RTV students, and select
a winner at the
end of the show.

Watch some of our other recent KETV TV shows on our web
page:
http://www.tamu-commerce.edu/studentvideos
Or, KETV is also in campus dorm rooms and Channel 3, and on
Time-Warner
Cable channel 3.

Send questions, and your creation’s YouTube URL, to
dfulton at me.com

Also, check out the Tubeular Facebook Page, it's cooler than
your typical Facebook Page... Why do you ask? Because not
only does it have our previous episode of this ver game
show, but it will also feature your very own entry once you
send us the link... as well as the videos you may be
competing against!
