[Students] FRIENDLY REMINDER-Summer II payments due soon

On behalf of the Registrar's Office, we would like to provide you with
some reminders regarding your Summer II 2010 Classes. 

 

All tuition and fees are due Friday, July 9, 2010. Any payments made
after July, 9 2010, will be subject to a $20 late payment fee. Any
tuition/fees must be paid by 5:00pm, Thursday, July 15, 2010 to avoid
removal of your Summer II 2010 schedule.  You must pay the full balance
of your tuition & fees to avoid being dropped for non-payment. If you
have made any changes to your schedule after your initial payments, it
is your responsibility to make sure you have paid the remaining balance
and your account is zero PRIOR to the July 15th deadline. 

 

If you believe you have Financial Aid that covers your full tuition and
fee amounts, please confirm your account in MyLeo to make sure that your
Financial Aid covers 100% of your tuition and fees. Otherwise you need
to make arrangements to pay the difference so your account is paid in
full.

 

Payment plans are not available for the Summer terms so the full tuition
and fees must be paid by the deadline.

 

Payments can be made in person at the cashier window in the Student
Access and Success Center or the McDowell Administration Building, or by
telephone to 903-886-5050 or 903-886-5501. Cashier hours are 8AM-5PM.
You may also make payments through the LeoPay section of your MyLeo
account. If you are located on the Mesquite campus, you may make your
payments at that campus or if you are at the Navarro campus, you may
make your payments on that campus. Additional information regarding

Tuition loans are available through the University Bursar's Office if
you need help covering your Summer II 2010 charges.  Tuition loan forms
are available in the Bursar's Office or on the web at 
http://web.tamu-commerce.edu/admissions/tuitionCosts/bursar/tuitionEmerg
encyLoan.aspx. The Bursar's Office must have a completed original form
to process your request PRIOR to the 5:00pm deadline.  Faxes cannot be
accepted.  Contact the Bursar's Office directly at 903-886-5051 or
903-886-5551.  A completed original application must be submitted and
approved to the Bursar's Office before 5PM on Thursday, July 15, 2010 to
be posted on your account.

 

If you have recently paid your Summer II 2010 charges or have taken out
a Summer II 2010 tuition loan - Thank You!! Please confirm in your MyLeo
account that payments have been applied and you show a zero balance for
the Summer term.

 

If you are not planning to attend, please contact me at 903-886-5069 or
reply to this email and I will be more than happy to withdraw you from
your class/es.
