drills, conditioning exercises, and toning moves!
Cardio KB (Kickboxing): A high-energy mixture of kicks, punches, and
sports conditioning drills. Work every muscle from head to toe!
H2O Jam: (Meet on mrc pool deck) Get a great workout without breaking a

workout is easy on the joints and great for the heart. Rain site: MRC
Activity Room!
HOT YOGA: (MEET IN MRC LOBBY) Get ready to sweat as you follow a series
of yoga postures in a heated space! The added heat will raise your core
temperature and allow you to develop greater flexibility. A
towel and water bottle are REQUIRED for participation in this class!
Outside class if weather permits-meet in MRC lobby. If class is moved
indoors, the heated element will be omitted for a regular Yoga Flow
class.
Pilates: Strengthen your muscles that stabilize and support the spine
and work your entire core in this mat-based class.
PIYO: This prenatal-friendly class is an athletic blend of Pilates,
yoga, sports and dance-style stretching that will burn calories and
build muscle.

variety of equipment to work every muscle from head to toe. This class
may include cardio intervals and the intensity level is intermediate
to advanced.
