COME OUT, LEARN SOME NEW INFORMATION, AND ENJOY THE FREE
FOOD & ACTIVITIES SCEC HAS PUT TOGETHER TO RAISE AWARENESS
OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND SPECIAL GIFTS AND
TALENTS ON OUR CAMPUS FROM APRIL 26TH – MAY 1ST!



MONDAY, APRIL 26th
Simulation Fair from 3PM-5PM 
in the SRSC Room 212 (Traditions)

We will be providing interesting simulations and information
regarding assistive technology, disabilities, and
individuals with special gifts and talents.        

    

TUESDAY, APRIL 27th     
ARD Panel Discussion from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM 
in SRSC Room 231 (Pride)

Come see how an ARD meeting is really constructed through a
representation of the people that actually attend ARDs and
their discussions of their roles and experiences.    



WEDNESDAY, APRIL 28th     
Exceptional Bake Sale from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM 
in SRSC Corridor (Under TV)

Come join us for delicious baked goods, and also learn a few
facts about individuals with exceptionalities! ALSO the
winner for the teacher certification test raffle will be
announced!
    


THURSDAY, APRIL 29th     
Movie Night: I Am Sam from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM 
in The Club in the SRSC

Come view a movie about a father with developmental
disabilities raising his daughter with the help of an
extraordinary group of friends. You don’t want to miss
out!    



SATURDAY, MAY 1st     
Celebrate the Children Spring Camp 8:30 am – 2:30 pm 
at the Celebrate the Children Day Camp in Commerce

Come out and volunteer at this unique day camp that is
specifically designed for children with special needs!    



ALSO DON’T FORGET TO PURCHASE YOUR RAFFLE TICKET TO GET
YOUR TEACHER CERTIFICATION TEST PAID FOR (ONLY ONE TICKET
WILL BE DRAWN FOR A VALUE UP TO $120.00)
