[Students] Homecoming 2009 Parade Information

Dear Student Organizations and Academic Departments,

 

On behalf of Texas A&M University-Commerce, I am writing to invite your
organization/department to join us for the 2009 "Rock and Roar"
Homecoming parade. 


Homecoming is the university's most festive and widely attended event of
the year and the addition of a parade should make it one for the ages.

 

Homecoming will be held on Saturday, October 10, with the parade
beginning at 10:30 a.m. There is no entry fee required and the top three
floats will receive cash prizes.

 

Below is an entry form for your inclusion in the parade. If you have any

Entries must be returned by September 25, 2009 for consideration of
acceptance into the Homecoming Parade. Your entry will be confirmed upon
receipt of your registration form. Parade registration, staging and
disbanding location, map and additional information will be provided at
the Mandatory Parade Meeting on October 1, 2009 at 4 pm in the Alumni
Center.
