Read and Write Gold (RWG)
Helping All Readers and Writers Succeed
This exciting new software program is now available in computer labs
across the TAMU-Commerce campus. If you would like to install this
program on your computer that is located on campus within the network,
you may download it at
\\ctis\dfsroot\RWG\APP\AddReadWriteGold-Student.cmd
<file:///\\ctis\dfsroot\RWG\APP\AddReadWriteGold-Student.cmd> .
RWG Makes Reading, Writing, and Research Easier Than Ever Before
* Tired of reading?
* RWG can read aloud almost any document (Microsoft Word,
PDF, Web, Flash, etc.) in a male or female voice that you select at the
pace you set.
* Need to read on the go?
* Use RWG to convert text to an MP3 file for playback on
any compatible device.
* Writing a term paper?
* RWG can help catch spelling errors, check for
homophones, and provide definitions and synonyms.
* It can even predict your next word or phrase during the
writing process.
* Dreading research?
* RWG makes it simple to collect quotes, document sources,
and write abstracts.
Read &Write GOLD is a toolbar that integrates with your Windows desktop
to make learning easier and more productive. Choose from several
built-in toolbars such as reading, writing, research, and study skills
or customize the toolbar to support your unique style of learning.
If you have tried the program out and would like to be able to utilize
