Remember to come support your A&M-Commerce basketball teams as they take on Southeastern Oklahoma State in Lone Star Conference North Division play tomorrow (Saturday) at 2 p.m. in the A&M-Commerce Field House.

The A&M-Commerce women currently sit second in the LSC with a 4-1 division record, while Southeastern ranks fourth at 3-2. Both teams are 12-6 overall, but the Lions have reeled off four straight victories and will be looking to take their season-long win streak to five games.

Senior guard Britney Jordan leads the Lions with 30.3 points and 5.4 assists per game, followed by LSC North Division Player of the Week Nola Taylor, who is recording 11.8 points and 9.5 rebounds per contest.

DeUndrae Spraggins leads the 11-8 A&M-Commerce men’s team against the 3-16 Savage Storm at 4 p.m. The Lions have won two straight and are 2-2 in division play, while Southeastern is 0-4 and has lost seven in a row.

Spraggins, who is averaging 16.5 points, drove the lane and dropped in the game-winning layup to lift the Lions past East Central, 76-74, on Thursday.

All the action begins tomorrow at 2 p.m., so don’t forget to come cheer on your Lions as they battle the Savage Storm in the A&M-Commerce Field House.
