Text messages are currently being sent to area cell phone customers from
an unknown sender regarding the "suspension of your bank ATM Card" which
urges the receiver to contact a provided number "immediately". These
text messages are fictitious and are an attempt to gain your personal
identifying information when you contact the number provided in the
text.

Please remember that you should be VERY SELECTIVE to whom you provide
your personal identifying information. Receiving unsolicited text,
email, and phone messages from banks, business, charities, and other
type companies are commonly used to gather such information.
