Best wishes to you during this wonderful holiday season.
 
As we pause to give thanks at Texas A&M University-Commerce, we are especially thankful for you-our devoted alumni, hard-working students, dedicated professors and staff, prospective students, friends, and visitors. To one and all, we wish you happy holidays.
 
Despite the economic troubles and unrest across the globe, 2009 has been a good year at A&M-Commerce.  We take great pride in our gifted students and are thankful every day for the wonderful support of our alumni and friends.
 
We anticipate even greater things for 2010.  Enrollment is up, new facilities make for a campus that grows more beautiful each day, and the energy on campus is exhilarating.  The compelling stories shared by our students and graduates are truly sources of inspiration for all us.
 
As president, I have the joy of hearing these stories firsthand.  I am constantly humbled by accounts of hardship, adversity, and difficulty that have been transformed into hope, success, and achievement because of the difference this university has made in individual lives for 120 years.
 
However, pictures speak louder than words. Please take a moment to view our holiday card. I¹m sure you too will see how much A&M-Commerce has to be thankful for, as well as the things we hold dear this holiday season.
