[Students] Hall of Languages Elevator Update

The technician has been working to get the Hall of Languages elevator up
and running but because of unforeseen problems,  has been unable to do
so.  If all goes well, we hope it will be operating again by Thursday
evening, Nov 16.   We are very sorry for the inconvenience and
appreciate your patience.
