[Joan Lawrence]

University Community:

Please see the following message. We need your help...We thought it
would be a great idea to use a grassroots effort to get the word out to
as many people as possible. Would you please forward this email to
everyone on your distribution list?

Thank you so much for helping us spread the word.

Texas A&M University - Commerce is excited to announce their Money4Me
scholarship campaign for Spring 2009! If you haven't heard the buzz
about these unprecedented scholarship opportunities for transfer
students, graduate students, Silver Leos (age 65 and up), current
students and A&M-Commerce faculty and staff, please read on! If you
already know about them, please read on! Everyone can benefit, but
funding is limited...so you, our students and our prospective students
can't delay!

You will be receiving a Part II email that contains helpful information
regarding each of our initiatives. Please print both of these emails to
serve as resources. You will want to have them when you are talking to
current and prospective students! They will overview criteria,
requirements, point people, web and email information!

Please help reduce run around and confusion by assisting with questions
and helping interested individuals contact the right people. If you
don't have the answer, can't find the answer, or can't get the answer in
one transfer (by staying on to make sure the person answers and by
explaining what the student wants/needs), pull them back and take their
information. Please email the point person (listed in the next email)
and they will contact the student as soon as they receive your phone or
email message.

For more information on any of these initiatives, please email
Money4Me at tamu-commerce.edu! You may also find much of this information
on our special website: Money4Me.tamuc.com!
