[Students] REMINDER: Lion Student Ambassadors APPLICATIONS DUE MONDAY

Commerce campus students,

 

A reminder that Lion Student Ambassador Applications for 2008-2009 are
due Monday May 19 at 5pm. You can drop off your application in person or
fax it to 903-468-8685

 

If you were not able to attend a session you may still pick up an
application from the Orientation Office (BA 348) at any time or visit
the Lion Student Ambassador website at
http://orgs.tamu-commerce.edu/lionstudentambassadors/


This is the second year of the program and we want to continue the
success and legacy left behind by our first class. Texas A&M
University-Commerce is looking for individuals with a positive and fun
attitude and a sincere desire to share their college experience with
others to be part of the prestigious Texas A&M University-Commerce's
Lion Student Ambassador Program.  

Role Description:
*    Serve as official university tour guides

*    Assist Texas A&M-Commerce as a student recruiter
*    Promote Texas A&M-Commerce to prospective students, their families
and the community through campus visits, Mane Event preview days,
college fairs, visits to area schools and many other recruitment
activities
