The 2008 American Cancer Society's Relay For Life at Texas A&M
University-Commerce is only 4 days away!

 

We invite all students, faculty, staff and Commerce community members to
take part in this fun-filled campus event.

 

Make sure that your organization, club, residence hall, college, office
and/or department are represented. If you are already have a team, then tell
others about the event and encourage them to come out and join the fun! We
specially invite cancer survivors, patients and caregivers to register and
attend the event.

You can also stop by our promotional tables on the Circle/east lawn (MSC
bookstore foyer if is rains) on TUESDAY April 1 and WEDNESDAY April 2 from
10am to 2pm to get more information, purchase a luminaria bag in honor or in
memory of a loved one, buy a Purple Out Relay For Life t-shirt, register as
a survivor to attend our special reception, or just stop by to show your
support by purchasing some raffle tickets for several items to be drawn for
at the Relay or make a donation.

The Relay For Life of Texas A&M University-Commerce is currently in its 5th
year and has raised over $170,000 for the fight against cancer. The event
was recently recognized as the #2 college event in the High Plains Division
of the American Cancer Society for per capita funds raised and it is one of
the most anticipated and fun events on campus.
