Attached are the rules for the Basketball 3-on-3 Tournament sponsored by
the Journalism Class!! This tournament will be on April 23rd.
Information below:


Early Registration is open until April 18!! Late registration is from
April 19th through April 23 at 4:00 p.m.!!! SLAM IN TO SPRING The
Commerce Parks Project will hold a 3-on-3 basketball tournament in an
effort to raise money to build a new park for the city of Commerce. The
tournament is scheduled to take place at the Morris Recreation Center on
April 23, at 6 p.m. The 3-on-3 tournament will be double elimination and
consist of both men and women's brackets. Students currently enrolled at
Texas A&M University-Commerce, faculty, and MRC members are eligible for
registration. Each team will be allowed a maximum of four people per
team. The cost of each team is $15 for early registration and $20
thereafter. Early registration will run through April 18 and late
registration will continue through April 23 at 4 p.m. Registration forms
are available at the Morris Recreation Center. All proceeds will benefit
the Commerce Parks Project. The 3-on-3 tournament is a result of a
journalism class that is working on the Parks Project as part of a class
assignment. Please show your support by participating in the tournament.
First, Second, and Third place plaques will be awarded to the top teams
of each bracket.
