Change in Process for Reserving Tables/Chairs 

 

To address the volume of requests to have tables and chairs setup for events
around campus, Facilities is implementing the following process:

1.	Requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance of the event
2.	A completed "Facilities Equipment Loan Agreement" form must
accompany the request
