RE:      Getting Your Tickets to the October 11, 2007, Picnic to Celebrate
Enrollment Increase

 

As a reminder, there will be a university-wide picnic Thursday, October 11,
2007, to celebrate our fall enrollment exceeding the 9,000 mark.  Come join
the administration from 11:30 - 1:00 in the circle of the East Lawn of the
MSC as we serve you in appreciation of your dedicated service to your
university and to commemorate this exciting milestone!

 

Free tickets will be provided to each department for faculty, staff and
graduate and teaching assistants.  STUDENTS ON THE MEAL PLAN WILL BE ABLE TO
USE THEIR LION CARD; OTHER STUDENTS CAN PICK UP A TICKET FROM THE ASSISTANT
DEAN OF STUDENTS OFFICE, HALLADAY STUDENT SERVICES BLDG, ROOM 200 BETWEEN
8:00 AM AND 5:00 PM DAILY.

 

Complimentary t-shirts will be given out on a first-come first-serve basis.

 

In the event of rain, the picnic will be held in the American and Texas
Ballrooms.
