GROUP FITNESS

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING

 

Mondays & Wednesdays 

5:30pm to 6:30pm

July 23rd through August 8th

 

$25 Members, $35 Non-Members

 

This four week training will teach you the skills and knowledge you will
need for a Group Fitness Certification. Topics include safety, kinesiology,
creating effective aerobic and strength training classes.
