Breakout Entertainment invites all student organizations to cook up their
best chili for the annual Texas A&M University-Commerce Chili Cook Off! The
event will be held Saturday, October 7 as part of the tailgating
festivities. Come prepared to cook your best bowl to compete for CASH
prizes! The Best Showmanship Award will go to the team that best
incorporates the FIESTA theme! Each team will receive a t-shirt. Additional
shirts will be available for purchase at the event.

 

So, pull out your chili pots, find your best recipes, and join the fiesta!

 

The cook-off will begin at 7 am with judging beginning at 11:30 am. Chili
tasting for visitors will begin at noon while quantities last. 

 

The Fiesta Chili Cook Off is also part of the FAMILY DAY activities. The
university tailgate party also begins at noon with lunch being served for $6
(you can use Lion Cash or your meal plan). Game kick off is at 2 pm! Come
out and support the Lions as they take on Southeastern Oklahoma!
