[Students] FW: Student Alumni Association Meeting

Hello, and welcome to Texas A&M University-Commerce.  If you are new to this
school, welcome, and if you are a returning student, welcome. If you are
interested in joining the Student Alumni Association we hope you will attend
our first meeting on:

 

Monday September 26

5:30 p.m.

Bluebonnet Room-MSC 3rd Floor

Refreshments will be served.

 

A tour of the new science building has been arranged at 6:30 p.m.  You must
wear closed toe shoes or you will not be permitted to go in the building.  

 

We hope to see as many of you as possible.  If you are unable to attend the
meeting, feel free to stop by the Alumni Relations office on the first floor
of the MSC and pick up an application and get some more information on the
SAA.

 

The Student Alumni Association helps to strengthen ties between the
students, University, and the Alumni Association and its members.  It
encourages active relationship between students and alumni.  Membership is
open to all students who maintain a GPA of 2.5 and are in good standing with
the University.  Activities include dinner with alumni, plus assisting
during Homecoming, Ambassador Forum and other alumni events.
