One form must include one of the following:

*       State Driver's License

*       State Identification Card

*       Matricula Consular

*       U.S. Alien Registration Card

*       Military Identification Card

*       Social Security Card

 

Secondary ID can include one of the following:

*       Valid Passport

*       ITIN Green Card or Letter

*       Voter Registration Card (US & Mexico)

*       Student Identification Card (Lion Card)

*       Employer Identification Card (must include photo)

*       Valid VISA (travel - NOT credit card) 

 

 *Subject to thirty (30) day waiting period and/or credit approval
