We have a grant that will complete a trail around a lake located by our campus. All legs of the trail have been located on city property. The final leg is located on university property. My question is….is this a project we have to give
SSC or can the university put this out for bid on their own? The Grants Coordinator has a very specific SOW and a funding cap. I think it would be easier to turn it over to SSC with input from the university and the Texas Parks and Wildlife. Have any of
you have any experience with Grant construction projects?
