[SSC_ContractAdmin] Upcoming Meeting

Why would they be implementing Smartsheet when they have tools within Maintenance Connection? Is this to supplement Maintenance Connection or a replacement for PVAMU?  Just trying to understand why different tools are being used at different campuses.  I understand the uniqueness of our respective campuses, but still look at how we can achieve greater efficiencies by working with what is readily available.

Brian, not sure how many other campuses use SmartSheets, but SSC is in the process of implementing it at PVAMU.  If it has a widespread use/adoption, that could be another training opportunity.

I'm still working with Richard Gentry to get Maintenance Connection access for everyone. The plan is to then do a Webex training and record it for future viewing by anyone else who gets access.
