I am seeking some information as it relates to our relationship/responsibility with SSC and our Auxillary department.  Dining in particular.

Can you share how your institution is currently handling this relationship?  I have listed a couple of questions below.  Thank you in advance for your insight and response.

1.        Does SSC clean, service or repair, etc. any of the equipment in your kitchen facility? If not, what is your current practice?
2.       Does SSC clean the dining area, such as carpet and vent hoods?  If not, who does?
3.       Is SSC responsible for the pest control or is this contracted out, as it relates to the cafeteria area?
