[SSC_ContractAdmin] Status Update

Good morning,

There are two ongoing projects right now for our group. We are waiting on SSC to schedule a time for a Webex to cover the reporting functions of Maintenance Connection. Everyone should have the access they requested a few weeks ago.

TAMU is still working on finalizing their new Qualtrics survey instrument. Once that's complete, any campus who has Qualtrics should be able to use it (with some localization efforts). There is also some talks about a System-wide license for Qualtrics, so perhaps we could standardize the quality monitoring somewhat across campuses.

There hasn't been too much back and forth recently, so I haven't scheduled a final meeting for 2019. However, if there is enough interest for a meeting in early 2020, we can certainly begin compiling an agenda. Just let me know what we need to discuss.
