[SPS] Physics Day Volunteer Sign-Up

[Cristo Sanchez]

Howdy everyone!

On October 6th, the Department of Physics and Astronomy will be holding its
semesterly "Physics Day" for local and regional high school students. The
event will be based upon conducting outreach with students interested in
pursuing a career in Physics or Astronomy. Here, students will interact
with faculty through a series of talks and presentations. As for SPS, our
primary focus will be to promote the TAMUC Chapter of SPS and conduct
various physics demonstrations for the students. Therefore, if you would
like to volunteer for this outreach event, please feel free to sign up!
Community Service hours will be awarded if needed as well!
