[SPS] Physics Day Update

Howdy everyone!

First off, thank you to everyone who has signed up to volunteer for Physics
Day this Saturday! I greatly appreciate it!

If you check the attached schedule for Physics Day, the left column
outlines the sessions for the students.

In addition, there have been a few openings in the schedule that may also
need extra volunteers. Aside from doing physics demonstrations, we may also
need volunteers for additional sessions throughout the day. Hence, if you
are able to volunteer the entire event, which runs from 10am to 2:30pm, it
would be greatly appreciated. If you are only able to volunteer for certain
times, that will work as well! Lastly, if you would like to gain community
service hours for Physics Day, please bring your volunteer signature form.

*Note: If you have already signed up and want to volunteer for the entire
day, you do not have to change your sign-up.
