Today I prepared one slide using a PBS rinse. I had to make a new PBS solution because the person to last mix it, did it incorrectly. As it turns out, that's what threw all of my results off for the last two days. My results were very good today. I also used the new macro that Joseph has been working on. I finished my Materials and Methods portion of my progress report and completed my power point for tomorrow's presentation as well.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
