Today I prepared one slide of each 2-Iminothiolane concentration using the most positive procedure we have found thus far. I then took pictures under the microscope, counted the bacteria via the macro, and plugged this data into my spreadsheet. I also attended the meeting about our progress report papers and discussed it with my mentor. <br /><br /><br />
