Today I prepared two more slides (one of each 2-iminothiolane concentration) and used salmonella bacteria instead of e. coli. I then took the pictures, ran the macro, and entered the data into my spreadsheet. The results were really unreliable though because the salmonella bacteria was almost a month old. So, I prepared more cultures of bacteria and put them in the incubator for tomorrow. Then, I set up an apparatus that will hopefully improve our washing conditions. I will test it out tomorrow.<br /><br /> <br />
