<div>July 16</div>  <div>I ran the rest of the acetone off of my column and then ran methanol through it hoping to strip off any product that didn't come off earlier.&nbsp; I roto-vaped the acetone layer and recovered some product.&nbsp; I then ran a TLC plate and found the product to show only one spot.&nbsp; Next I ran an NMR on the product collected from the acetone.&nbsp; To finish the day, I evaporated the methanol that came through the column, but found no product.</div>
