Today I repeated the procedure I completed on Monday, because I had bleached the bacteria on those slides while taking pictures. I was able to take a better quality of picture today, however, I feel that the data I have been collecting is not truly representative of the results I have obtained. Therefore, we will be tinkering with the Macro in hopes of producing better, more accurate results. On the flip side, I feel that my experiment is working fairly well. We have a reasonable level of specificity thus far.<br /><br /><br />
