Today I introduced E. coli to one of my slides. I stained the slide and took it to the microscope. There were bacteria on my slide, but that's about the only thing that went right. There are a multitude of issues that Dr. Miskevich and I are currently mulling over. We will readress the situation tomorrow. I also put away all of the clean glassware. <br /><br /><br />
