Today I had to start my procedure all over again because I accidentally stained all of my treated slides instead of the one control. So, I completed the second step: attaching the crosslinker to the aminosilylated slide. I also viewed my slide under the microscope and took a picture of my coupled antibody. Tomorrow I will finish my procedure for the second time, and hopefully introduce bacteria on wednesday.<br /><br /><br />
