Today I stained my slides in preparation for viewing them under the wide field fluorescent microscope. I also prepared 500 mL more coupling buffer. I attempted to view one of the slides under the microscope, but Dr. Miskevich is out of town until Monday, so either my antibodies did not couple, OR (hopefully) I just do not know how to operate the microscope. I guess I will find out on Monday.<br /><br /><br />
