I have been waiting for the summer research program to start for
quite a long time. Having a research experience even though not
as intense as the coming one, I am sure that it would be the
most exciting experience.

The long drive to commerce and taking a tour around the campus
made me a bit exhausted the first day. However, the following
two days were quite interesting as I got the chance to meet a
lot of intelligent and very interesting faculty members and
students. Choosing a project which suits me best was quite a
tough job. Nonetheless, after a long thought and evaluation I
decided what I should be working on and luckily I have been
matched with my first choice. I am not much familiar with the
project area I will be dealing with for the coming consecutive
nine weeks so I would probably spend the first days trying to
get to understand the project and also getting to know the
environment I will be work on. I hope the coming weeks will be
even more interesting as there will be a lot to learn and
explore.
