Today I looked at my one surviving tadpole under the fluorescent microscope 
to see if there were any transfected cells.  Unfortunately, it was not a 
good specimen, so I did more injections/electroporesis/transfections.  
Hopefully I will have good results tomorrow so I can get a great photo!  I 
also got to make some more anesthesia for the tadpoles and did some more 
research.
