Yesterday (Monday) I practiced dissections some more and finished preparing 
my GcAMP DNA samples.  Then I prepared the gel to do the gel electrophoresis 
to test my DNA.  Dr. Miskevich showed me how to print the photo of the 
results, which revealed that my DNA had been prepared properly.
