Today I worked on my paper, talked to Dr. Miskevich about my next PowerPoint 
and the final one.  I also worked on making some of my stacked images into 
3D rotational "movies" to put into my next presentation.  Then I did some 
more injections and electroporations with the older tadpoles trying a 
different technique since we learned today that we will not be receiving any 
tadpoles before the project is over.  Unfortunately, my survival ratio was 
terrible and I really do not expect to have any transfections tomorrow the 
way the procedure went.  I also talked to Dr. Whaley about some changes that 
need to be made on the progress report.
