Today I spent some more time doing literature review and organizing an 
outline for my introduction.  I also checked my transfections under the 
wide-field fluorescent microscope.  Only 2 tadpoles survived and the 
transfections were not good enough to do imaging.  So, I did more injections 
and electroporations until my glass needle blew.  Hopefully I will have good 
results tomorrow.  I will be attending the activity today and later the 
progress report meeting.  I will also work on my progress report between and 
after these activities.
