Today, I did an nmr on the product of the baylis hillman reaction- the
results were good.  I also did another column today because not all of the
desired product separated from the impurities, I evaporated the solvent from
the reaction-the yields were not as high as expected but an improvement from
the previous synthesis of the CIL, and I also found most of the 20 articles
that i needed for the weekend assignment.
