Thursday, July 19

Today I finished the preparation and testing of my perfusion system and then 
moved it down to the confocal microscope and tested it there as well.  I did 
some work on imaging to integrate into my PowerPoint.  Then I did some more 
transfections/electroporations and worked on my presentation.

Friday, July 20

Today I gave my presentation at the seminar, cleaned glassware, and moved 
some equipment.  I also began my literature review to prepare for the 
outline on Monday.
